CREDIT POLICIES

NET terms, credit card and wire transfer are accepted.

Dealer Credit Card Fee
Attention Wholesale Customers with NET accounts. When paying on your account with a Credit Card a transaction fee of 3% will be applied.

ORDERS

Orders received by 1pm EST will be shipped the same day, providing your account is in good credit standing. Any order placed between 1pm EST and 3pm EST is guaranteed to ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the following day. Orders shipping out of our West Coast location must be placed by 5pm EST to guarantee same day shipping. Orders totaling $750 or more (excluding tires) will be shipped free of charge within the 48 contiguous states. Any orders including tires must have a combined total of $1250 to qualify for free shipping.  For shipping outside the continential United States or for upgraded delivery options, call your sales person for an exact shipping quote.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

For most orders we ship UPS or common carrier depending on size and weight. Our common carriers of choice are R&L, Conway or Roadway. We have access to 37,133 delivery vehicles in all 48 contiguous states. We always ship to assure the fastest regular delivery available.

RETURNS

Returns up to 4% of previous 12 months sales may be accepted up to 2 years from invoice date.

Returns up to 4% of past 12 months sales and within 90 days of invoice, incur no restock fees.

Returns over 90 days since invoice, but within 24 months of invoice, incur a 10% restock fee that can be offset with a 2 for 1 stocking order.  The dollar amount of the offsetting order to be determined by customers R12 average sales.

Returns over 4% of total sales of past 12 months require review and may be accepted at management discretion.

In all cases, ST reserves the right to refuse returns based on condition or excise additional fees based on condition of items and no returns will be accepted on items older than 24 months. No returns will be accepted on shock absorbers of any product line after one year. Discontinued or Superseded products are not returnable.

There are no longer Re-box fees, just the restock fees as detailed above. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
